From Feb. 24th to 25th, Zhai Huqu, backup commissioner of the CPC Central Committee and president and Communist Party secretary of CAAS(China Academy of Agricultural Sciences), Zhang Lijian, vice president of CAAS, and other leaders come to here for counseling our works.
      Accompanied by Wu Aizhong, president and Communist Party secretary of SAAS, and Gu Xiaojun, vice president of SAAS, the group leaders of Zhai firstly reviewed the projects implementing base of the Shanghai section of CAAS Agricultural Tridimensional contamination prevention and producing area environmental quality controlling center, then the leaders visited the display room of SAAS and Shanghai Agrobiological Gene Center , and then they had a conversion with the party and administrative leaders of SAAS.
      In the conversing, president Wu Aizhong introduced to Zhais the scientific and technological innovations, results transformations and implementations and subject setting up of SAAS during Ten-Fifth, and the basic ideas about scientific and technological development and work content of Eleven-Fifth, and the basic working ideas of the Shanghai section of CAAS Agricultural Tridimensional contamination prevention and producing area environmental quality controlling center. Vice president Gu Xiaojun also introduced to the leaders our ideas about the objects, planned researches and ability setting up of the Shanghai section of CAAS Agricultural Tridimensional contamination prevention and producing area environmental quality controlling center.
      After that, President Zhai affirmed fully the obtainment of SAAS during Ten-Fifth, reckoned that the modern urban agriculture research performed by SAAS is one indispensable part of the innovation system of modern agricultural science and technology. Zhai also gave some directive ideas about the works of the Shanghai section of CAAS Agricultural Tridimensional contamination prevention and producing area environmental quality controlling center.
      Through this conversation, Leaders of CAAS and SAAS arrived many agreements about the researches of the integration and demonstration of the key technics in the investigation , prevention and controlling of agricultural tridimensional contamination, and about the researches of the controlling ability building and guarantee system of tridimensional contamination. In the future, stressing on research projects and steeply, the two academies will form a transplantable investigation technical system and evaluation methods of tridimensional contamination, develop some environmental-friendly substitutive technics and products, and build a model for the integrative controlling of tridimensional contamination in middle and lower reaches of Yangtse River.
