        上海市农业科学院农产品质量标准与检测技术研究所,成立于2006年4月,拥有农业农村部农产品质量安全风险评估实验室、农业农村部食用菌产品质量监督检验测试中心、农业农村部植物新品种测试(上海)分中心、农业农村部农药残留登记实验室、上海市农产品质量安全工程技术研究中心、上海市农产品质量安全评价专业技术服务平台、上海市饲料检测站等多个省部级研究平台。研究所拥有在职员工123人(在编83人),其中硕博士以上学历人员65人,占比近80%。

       研究所是农业农村部、上海市农业农村委、食药局和卫计委等的农产品质量安全监管方面的主要技术支撑单位,承担了大量的粮食、蔬菜、水果、食用菌、畜产品、水产品的监测任务,参与过世博会、世游赛期间的食品安全保障工作。也参与应对了三鹿奶粉三聚氰胺事件、大闸蟹二噁英事件、氟虫腈毒鸡蛋等食品安全事件。近年来,研究所围绕食品安全“产出来”、“管出来”的科技创新需求,重点开展三个领域(化学污染物(农兽药残留、重金属、持久性有机污染物等)、病原微生物和真菌毒素)的风险评估和防控技术研究工作,发表论文200余篇,制定国标、行标和地标46项,获得省部级奖励6项。

        为打造国际接轨、国内一流的专业研究所,研究所开展了广泛的合作交流,与美国、英国、荷兰、比利时、澳大利亚等国11家单位签订了合作协议,共同开展研究和技术推广。

The Institute of Agro-food Standard and Testing Technology (ASTT), Shanghai academy of agricultural sciences (SAAS), was inaugurated in April, 2006. It was authorized as several platforms: Agro-food quality and safety risk assessment lab of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs; Edible fungus product quality supervision, inspection and testing center of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs; Branch of new plant varieties testing center of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs; Pesticide residues testing laboratory of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs; Agro-food quality and safety engineering technology research center of Shanghai Municipal; Agro-food quality and safety assessment technologies service center of Shanghai Municipal; Feed quality supervision and inspection center of Shanghai Municipal. In the institute, there are 115 employees, of which 65 have master's or doctoral degrees or above , accounting for nearly 80%.

The Institute provides technical supports on the quality and safety supervision of agricultural products for the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Food and Drug Administration, and the Health and Family Planning Commission. It undertakes a large number of monitoring tasks for grains, vegetables, fruits, edible fungi, livestock products, and aquatic products. It participated in the food safety assurance work during the past World Expo and World Tour, and also in treating with food safety incidents such as the melamine in Sanlu milk powder, the dioxin in hairy crabs, and the fipronil poisoning of eggs. In recent years, focusing on the needs of the scientific and technological innovation on "producing" and "managing" of food safety, the institute mainly carried out the risk assessment and prevention and control technology research in three fields (chemical pollutants (pesticide and veterinary drug residues, heavy metals, persistent organic pollutants, etc.), pathogenic microorganisms, and mycotoxins). It has published over 200 papers, developed 46 national, industrial, and local standards, and won 6 provincial and ministerial awards.

To build an international and domestic first-class professional research institute, the institute has conducted extensively international cooperations and exchanges, and signed cooperation agreements with 11 units in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Australia, and other countries to jointly carry out scientific research and technological promotion.
