良种创新与繁育研究室
食用菌所良种创新与繁育研究室现有研究人员18名,其中博士4人,硕士11人,博士后1名,另有固定科研辅助人员5人。团队围绕食用菌种质资源的收集、评价与保藏、菌种质量鉴定、新品种选育及配套栽培技术的研发开展工作。
在学科带头人谭琦研究员的带领下,团队近10年共获得国家科学技术进步二等奖1项;神农中华农业科技奖一等奖1项;上海市科技进步一等奖2项;上海市技术发明二等奖1项;上海市农业科学院科技成果一等奖2项、二等奖2项、三等奖1项。团队成员中1人获得国务院特殊津贴;2人获得上海市领军人才,1人获得闵行区领军人才。团队荣获2016年度“上海市五四奖章”集体。
团队近10年共申请获得课题项目43个,其中国家级项目12个。已发表文章91篇、出版专著5部、获得认定品种21个、授权国家发明专利31项;制定农业部行业标准3项。
团队秉承“在工厂中育种,为菌种业赋能”的理念,选育了“申香215”、“沪香F2”、“上研1号”等食用菌优质高效新品种,在山东、河南、浙江、湖北、辽宁、河北等地进行示范推广,带动当地经济发展。与山东七河生物科技有限公司、福建万辰生物科技股份有限公司、河南金海生物科技有限公司、山东御苑生物科技有限公司等企业签订了成果转化和技术服务协议,促进了食用菌产业的提质增效。
Improved and Standardized Spawn Breeding Center (ISSBC)
ISSBC has a research team consists of 18 staff, including 4 PhD, 11 Masters, 1 Post-doctor, and 5 research assistants. The center primarily focuses on the collection, evaluation, conservation, identification and utilization of edible and medicinal fungi germplasm, new strain breeding and supporting cultivation techniques.
Under the leadership of Dr. Tan Qi , in the recent 10 years, the team has been awarded numerous prizes, including National Science and Technology Progress Award (2nd Prize), Shen Nong China Agricultural Science and Technology Award (1st Prize), Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award (1st Prize twice), Shanghai Technological Invention award (2nd Prize), Science and Technology Achievement Award of Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences (SAAS) (1st Prize twice, 2nd Prize twice and 3rd Prize once). One of the team members was granted Special government allowances of the State Council, two as Shanghai Outstanding Leaders and one as Minhang Outstanding Leader. The team was awarded the Five Four Medal for Shanghai Youth in 2016.
In the recent 10 years, the team has successfully obtained 43 projects including 12 national ones. 91 papers and 5 monographs have been published, 21 fungal varieties have been recognized, 61 patents have been applied for,31 of which have been authorized, and 3 Industry Standards by Ministry of agriculture of China has been completed to date.
Upholding the idea of “Breeding in factories to empower the strain industry”, ISSBC has developed many new cultivars of edible mushrooms such as “Shen Xiang 215”, “Hu Xiang F2” and “Shangyan 1” which cultivated in many provinces such as Shandong, Henan, Zhejiang, Hubei, Liaoning and Hebei to promote regional economic development. Strategic cooperation and technology development agreements have been signed with mushroom companies mainly from Shandong, Fujian and Henan, which accelerates the application of science and technology.
